Adam Mair will sich mit Chris Neil raufen. In der Garderobe. Regt sich über Ruutu auf.

"After Neil, Mair, the Senators' Jarkko Ruutu and the Sabres' Patrick Kaleta got kicked out of the game at 18:12 of the third, Mair came down the hallway near the Ottawa dressing room, still in uniform, calling for Neil.

Ruutu went out and a scuffle started. It was quickly broken up, but the episode could lead to suspensions or fines. It didn't help that the incident was caught on TV or that NHL commissioner Gary Bettman was in the building."

Das Ende dieser Rauferei wurde auf dem Video festgehalten. Mair brüllt zu Ottawa's Luke Richardson, dass Ruutu selber und ihn zu beschützen ein Riesenwitz sei

Dough Weight hits Brandon Sutters head

"The league should at least stop saying it's concerned with hits to the head, because it's not," Hurricanes GM Jim Rutherford told TSN.ca. "I've had four players — Erik Cole, Trevor Letowski, Matt Cullen and now Brandon Sutter — get badly injured on hits to the head and only one of the guys who hit them was suspended. So don't tell me the league is concerned about hits to the head because it's not."

Now that's funny / Quote of the week

Super pest Jarkko Ruutu had a nice comeback when reporters asked him what it felt like to be replacing injured captain Daniel Alfredsson on Ottawa's No. 1 line with Dany Heatley and Jason Spezza.

Said Ruutu, "I think they should be excited. They don't get to play with a player like me too often."
